Fleet Service GB

NEW generation app, redesigned and updated from the ground up giving a more intuitive user experience and enhanced functionality. The app is a fundamental part of the Achieve Driver Continuous Learning Programme; for information on this and other services, visit fleetservicegb.co.uk or fleetservicegb.co.uk/continuous-learning. Please note: You must be an authorised driver to use this application. To gain authorisation you must be a driver registered with Fleet Service Great Britain (FSGB). Core functions Many of the existing functions have been enhanced and updated: Arrange a booking Service MOT Tyres Report an accident Report a breakdown Update mileage Submit images Accident Vehicle condition Feedback Check sheet completion Update your personal profile You can also, call or mail us via the application Arrange a Booking This function allows you to select a booking type; service, MOT or tyres. You will be presented with your current vehicle's registration, contact number and current recorded mileage. You will then be directed to complete your booking requirements. You can then submit your booking request. For tyres you will be directed to your nearest Fleet Service GB approved outlet based on your current GPS position. Report an Accident In the event of an incident this function captures your current GPS position and relays the information to Fleet Service GB. It also gives you the opportunity to call the 24/7 Support Centre directly via the application. Report a Breakdown In the event of a breakdown this function captures your current GPS position and relays the information to Fleet Service GB. It also gives you the opportunity to call the 24/7 Support Centre directly via the application. Update Mileage At times you will be sent a notification requesting your mileage. You simple enter this in the application and press Submit. Submit Images At times you will be sent a notification requesting images of your vehicles condition. You are then prompted to take images of either the exterior, interior or tyre condition of your vehicle. Video is not supported at the current time but will be available as part of a later phase. Check sheets This feature will send reminder notifications to complete any check sheets assigned to your vehicle by your company. The FSGB Check Sheet programme has been designed to enable you to complete regular vehicle inspections along with triggered checks, based on activity recorded for the vehicle. You may be requested to upload images of your vehicle as part of this process.
