this app is life changing! i used it on my flight over to brussels from boston and on the way back. i did the exercises directly when i landed and wow did it make a difference. i was awake and sleeping normally on the 2nd night which is usually the worst. definitely make sure to practice locating the pressure points first to save time and make your experience more effective! would definitely recommendShow lesslizzygunsalus
