Useless app
This is the most useless app I have ever seen in my life. You cannot login and do anything. So, why they don’t remove it. When I try to use the web, it force me to use the app, then the app keep saying redirecting…. Never open the page…..Waste of time and energy. The funny part, I see the same comments 3 years ago, however, still they don’t do anything to resolve this issue.

The app is just so bad man
Like literally every time I try to sign in a have to open the app press sign in force close the app and try again because it’ll just get stuck in a loading loop and that’s every single time I open the app. Just needs some serious updates and bug fixes

Y’all are sitting up here playing with people’s livelihood with this app. No matter how many time the agents reset the passwords the app doesn’t allow it and it doesn’t allow you to login at all. I literally need to login to submit documents and it’s saying I never even had an account now despite the agents being able to access it on their side. FIX THIS APP
