    When log in the app then has to log in again patient portal . I mean this very frustrating that this could be way simpler but they choose not to . Please follow kaiser or other app at least you can have an idea how to design a simple app

  • App Within an App

    I can only look at my labs and it takes 3-4 log ins to get to the information I need. Literally an app for MedStar then an app within the main one to get to the patient portal.

    This app might as well be useless if you have a child on your insurance. You can’t see any of their labs, only past visit information.
