Among the worst
This probably the worst app I have ever had to use. I can’t believe that SHRM utilizes this platform to deliver online learning. The app will close / logoff unexpectedly without notice and without saving the user’s place in the learning module. It doesn’t utilize biometric authentication on mobile. that’s a no-brainer for most other apps that require login! and i continue to have to keep logging back in over and over again as the “remember me” function on the app login screen doesn’t seem to work. the system was also offline and inaccessible for several days earlier this month. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would have given zero instead of 1. Sad!!

Useless
After all my value time I reset password with the team on the phone and has been told that the new password reset should be working after 30 minutes now three days again it’s not working. Such a useless and so over it. How come this kind of inefficiency app still exists? It’s really useless and such a waste of time for new staffs, we can’t waste all the time to keep reset the passwords, what’s the point of this app when it’s never works? Please change this app asap. It’s fail biggest time. Thank you

UC staff, do not download!!!
This app does not work. Login attempts result in an endless loop that will take you from the SSO screen to the app and back again. Protect your brain and blood pressure—avoid at all costs. Imagine creating a website that holds mandatory training materials that doesn’t work on mobile devices in the year of our lord 2024! (It barely works on a desktop browser so I guess we shouldn’t be surprised)

Sum Zero
This app should be named Sum Zero because it simply doesn’t work. After first installing the app and selecting my employer, UCLA, the app directed to another screen that had a field for to enter an offline pin. The problem is that you can’t enter anything. The screen is frozen. I’m stuck on that screen. I tried several times with the same result.

SMH
I have tried to do my learning tools for the past 4 days. It literally goes back and forth between SumTotal sign in to my company back to the company website. Darden does allow us to do the learning tools on phones/tablets, laptops and etc. but this app does not work and I am unable to do the tools when it is convenient for me due to my work and personal schedule.
I think someone should definitely check into this situation it as I have read the reviews, it seems no one has done anything.

Horrible App
I am told I have education assigned from employer. I pop onto the app because, gosh, the website won’t let me use it on my phone. I log in and nothing is assigned. I see all the courses I have completed (so helpful). If we have to use the app, why can we not use the technology that allows us easy access to getting things completed. Such a waste

I was so confused, then I realized
It’s not me it’s the app! I could not find any of the educational content via the mobile app. I would search and only find attestations and quiz attempts. However, I need to learn the material prior to completing any of these activities that you CAN access via the app.
I accessed the platform from my desktop, and found all that I had been missing. Learning modules!
Too bad that I can’t complete any of my learning modules from my phone, this would have been ideal. The app is a waste of effort.
