Needed to finish some required courses for work. Works well for me when I’m away from my computer.

This isn’t the first time I’ve tried using this app. Every time I download and attempt to use this app, I end up deleting it, because it never works. This time, the error message says that I can’t login because I don’t have administrative approval. My employer, CCSD, instructs its employees to download this app to access the Enterprise Learning Management System from a mobile device. All that I can say is I’m not surprised.

I’m a recent user of this app, it worked fine a few days ago but now it doesn’t allow me to work through any of courses available to me. I start a course and then throws me out after a few seconds and says that there is no connection, even though I have full strength wi-fi
Can’t finish final course
I am on the final course and now I’m not able to complete it. When I go to skip to the next page it freezes. Also, the page goes completely blank. Since it goes blank, I’m not able to proceed to finish the rest of the course.

What a terrible waste of time!
I am wondering if the dev team spent any time on debugging because otherwise this could be a functional app.
The amount of frozen screens and lost progress was immensely obnoxious and when I’m on the clock to finish the trainings on this platform I have to justify my use of time. It would often reset and then I look like I’m not spending time in a module…and then I have to do it over again from the start.
DELETE THIS APP AND USE YOUR BROWSER.

Not functioning
Cannot log in. Pointless.
WORST TRAINING APP
My company uses this for mandatory training. It’s often glitchy and training will show up as incomplete after completing it several times. I’ve wasted my whole day, requested help using the online form and still nothing. I recommend if you use this company take plenty of screen shots for when you lose your work.

Opens task but blank screen
I’ve deleted and redownloaded This app. Trying to complete training but screen is just blank. Never worked once
A complete failure
App doesn’t work…and leads you to nowhere. Can’t access anything through it and trying to figure out why a company as large as mine even uses it. Deleted the app as it will never be used and I just do my work on my work computer instead….very inconvenient.

In order for content to be accessed in the mobile app, it has to be enabled for mobile access. There are also other permissions for users to access content.
