Garbage app

Worst app I’ve ever used. The app is trash and whoever made it should be tossed alongside it. Every other slide throws the screen, “resume” or “restart” or it signs me out for funsies. Throw it out and start over. Maybe find a new career while you’re at it

Horrible

I have courses that I’ve taken in the past that assigned to me to retake again but the app is not permitting me to retake the course. Instead it’s giving a message “ You have completed this activity”! What kind of app cannot perform a task as simple as allowing one to take a course that is listed in the app’s section of courses assigned to an individual? A poorly designed one

Response from developer

Based on your feedback, it appears that your learning team has not enabled the settings for relaunching a completed activity. This is not an app issue but an issue with the settings. Please send an email to ST-MobileSupport@sumtotalsystems.com and provide your contact details and company name. We will be happy to work with your learning team to get the proper settings enabled.

Does not work on iPhone 12 mini

Immediately crashes.

Downloaded again and it still does it.

Does not work.

It worked for a short period for NYCDOE for cybershift and it does not anymore so it must have been removed. They still provide us with the link.

Continually having system errors

First and hopefully last time with this app. Keeps giving me errors no matter if I try my email or URL to sign in…

WTH!

Don’t work At all!!!

Ditto to last review

Cannot access site since my email domain is ‘not registered’ - strange since my email domain is a very large public university that makes us do mandatory trainings that use this app.

Difficult app

Got the app for work training after trying to log in kept asking me to download it again nothing was working so emailed the support team for this app and got blocked on email for just asking what to do terrible I will be changing rating if something changes

Embarrassing

It would probably be a good idea to REMOVE this app and link to any APP on your website—because it does not work. And if it does, the developer should learn how to provide a way to use app because it does not work with either method 1) email 2) link to web url.

App developer reached out to attempt to customer service review left behind, and here is my response to you: You don’t need a reviewer to specially email you. You need to simply read the review left behind.

Simply identify what contracts you hold, which can’t possibly be many since the system does not run well on the app. Then paste in the website you claim goes with company to see if it works with app. Then use email test account with company to see if it works. This is not rocket science. Testing and retesting app. *don’t just reply to reviewer and ask for special email, do the work. Ensure your app works; otherwise, pull it off—it’s embarrassing to have that many bad reviews. It’s obvious no one is checking the app and making improvements, as it still runs the same as when I attempted to use it last year—it does not work by pasting in website or with email method.

Response from developer

We are sorry for the issues you have encountered accessing your corporate environment via the SumTotal Mobile app. Could you please share your contact details and company name with us at ST-MobileSupport@sumtotalsystems.com so that we can get in touch with you and assist with the issue. There are other levels to accessing the app besides entering an email address or the site URL. Is your company site setup for mobile access? Is the user a mobile enabled user? Without knowing who 'red panda teacher 2001' is and what company they work for, we are unable to determine which of these factors may be stopping you from accessing your corporate site. This is why we ask for your contact details and company name so that we can work with you and your company to resolve the issue. We would truly like to help you resolve this issue but cannot do so without your cooperation.

Not sure what’s happening

Sadly tells me that the domain (FENZ) is not set up.
There are issues to fix.
