Crashing
Love the portability of this app, but it crashes frequently and repeatedly during video playback which is extremely disruptive.
Simple to use
Downloaded the app to access all my learning, it couldn’t have been any easier. Completed my required coursework and had access to other learning objectives that applied to me. Nicely done!
Training on the go
I love the ability to take training on-the-go on my cell as I am traveling frequently. It’s easy to use and can access offline.
Working on mobile never easier
So working with SumTotal learn for many years the developments that have been made in recent years has been excellent, the mobile app now really lets you take you HR suite with you wherever you go.

Useless
Does nothing. No instructions how to set up or access. Stuck in loop between this and company web site. Would complain to company but wasted enough time already. Forced to use company training site on desktop rather than phone. Who comes up with this crap?
Can't even sign in
This app sends me in a loop of errors and login screens, all of which send me to various error screens. Even the support button in this app's Apple App Store description leads to a 404 error. No support, can't even log a ticket via Sumtotal Connect. You have to be a system admin to even contact Sumtotal for support. Zero support for the end users.

Waste
An utter waste of time. It does not work, and no one has fixed this issue either.
Poor audio controls
No way to download audiobook for listening offline (just uses cellular data), stops playing when you leave the app or the phone locks, and no native audio controls (watch, lock screen, etc.). Pretty poor solution compared to other options.
