Great idea, subpar app performance

The overall idea and implementation is pretty good and it’s convenient to use. But when extending the parking sometimes you have to wait minutes for the app to check availability, then process the payment. Developers, please double down on the app’s performance and you’ll beat them all!

Receipts

Love the app but i've been unable to look at my subscription receipt for the past month now which is annoying. It only shows me a blank white screen.

Very Useful

I was struggling to find a reliable spot for a day trip in Montreal, and this all came in very handy and was a seamless user experience. Would recommend highly for parking around the city.

Received a few scam emails after creating my account

Yesterday, I downloaded this app. And today I received 10+ scam emails and texts prompting me to click on phishy links. Considering almost all of the emails and texts were in French and the timing of these scams (within a day of signing up for clicknpark), I suspect my data was somehow leaked, which is really disappointing. I have just deleted my account, so hopefully, there will be no further data leaks; however, the damage is already done. Quite unfortunate and something to be aware of in the future.

No QR code search?

What is the point of having QR codes on the spaces if the app doesn’t search that way?

Very poorly designed app for what should be an easy experience .

The spots have a QR code - use it.

Clicknpark spots are easier to use without the app.

Life saver

Driving around montreal used to be an utterly painful experience before I found this app. It has saved me tons of trouble in dealing with the city’s obscure parking sticker system and quite a bit of money so far. Their customer support was also pretty good.

Do not use

Please read the cancellation policy VERY carefully. I cancelled my parking spot hours before it was scheduled. However they took a fee and then gave me a credit on their site for the remainder. I am leaving Montreal and cannot use the site so I lost my money. I did email them and they said that is their policy. So not use them.

Worry Free Parking in Montreal

In 2022 during a visit to the Mile End area of Montreal I got two parking tickets! Determined to avoid more tickets on my visit during Grand Prix week 2024, I found Clicknpark. The app was so easy to use. I located a parking place within minutes. My car was safe, legally parked and I was a happy camper. Well done folks. I'll spread the word and I'll be back.

Good for oversized car

If you cant fit your big vehicle into a garage this is good option. Tricky to get to so remember you need to go down alley on rue de milton.
