Regarding the phone, our line at 1 (855) 979-7275 is open 24/7 for emergencies. Be ready for longer wait times outside of office hours for our emergency staff to handle all requests. Let me assure you the app is not a scam, I'm sorry you were not able to get a hold of a customer representative but we would gladly have helped you locate the missing reservation or offered a compensation for the parking paid in double.
