Don’t use this app.
I got a ticket from the city for $90. Click n park wouldn’t even refuse to refund the $15 fee I paid for the parking.
Their app didn’t work and I got dinged twice.
The customer service reps are morons and whoever designed the app is probably just as stupid.

Hi Hamin, I would like to remind you that our service was rendered to you either because you used the parking space during the hours of your reservation. However, I would like to point out that this ticket is entirely your fault, as we repeatedly ask you to add the make and model of your vehicle to your reservation form. This information is a validation tool for our parking agents, and when this information is incorrect, tickets are issued. Great concept, the app sucks
The big issue is that the company is really client oriented. For the people who provide parking services you have absolutely no control over what is going on.
Someone can leave minutes or hours late and you can do nothing about it directly on the site.
No possibility to cancel an upcoming booking even if it’s really inconvenient. Someone could book a parking 3 years in advance if they wanted, and you could do nothing about it even if you don’t live here anymore.
Give more control to the service providers.
Also one of the employees came in person and decided to cut branches and install a sign in the parking. How rude and unprofessional ! Ask for permission first. They called me to ask for permission, I came out, and the person was already there finishing the job.
Also!
As a provider we don’t have easy access to fiscal papers and information is nowhere to be found.
