Buggy
This App and its control integration have been one big disappointment. Strongly recommend going with a retail solution like Ring or Nest. My installer has never gotten it to work consistently. Big waste of money.Ahgyrhjeeft
Never fully works
So ready to throw this app out the window. It’s so frustrating that every time there is an Apple update or an App update the App doesn’t work well. We’ve been working with our control 4 dealer and he can only do so much. This has been such a frustrating experience as we depend heavily on being able to see and talk to people at our front gate, especially when we are away from home. I rarely leave reviews but this is so bad that I needed to. I wish there was another intercom app I could use that is integrated with Control 4.Show lessPearl&Pink

Doesn’t work
I’d give it zero stars if it was an option. Worked for a year, stopped working, fixed for a month, then out again, now no one (C4 or Intercom Anywhere) can resolve. Haven’t been able to answer door for a month now. Not even getting response anymore from email log that is recommended. Really expensive and non functional. iWatch stopped notifying me by buzzing my wrist
When someone ding the bell, my watch used to notified me by tapping (buzzing feeling) my wrist. But since the recent update, it stopped working. I see the notifications on iWatch but no sound or buzzed feeling so it’s easy to miss the door bell now. It’s annoying that I miss the delivery especially I am @home all the time because of the pandemic. Can you please fix this issue? ThanksShow lessdaitroy
Allow Intercom To Bypass Do Not Disturb
Alarm.com has the ability to bypass do not disturb on iOS. It would be nice if intercoms anywhere could do the same. On weekends I put my phone on do not disturb to sleep in, but it would be nice if someone was ringing the call button at my DS2.Sean1906
Shockingly basic
For the amount of money charged to put these basic devices in homes, you would think the functionality would be on par with systems that cost $200. You cannot use this app with multiple properties. If I have two homes, I can’t get doorbell notifications from both homes, only one. Control4 is extremely overrated.Show lessTman2694
Promise after promise of fixing the issue still nothing
The app is basically useless, they promised they were going to resolve issues but nothing happens. Not sure if the company is part of Control 4, I am not impressed. I have no ability to buzz people in. most the time when somebody’s at the gate doesn’t even ring through on the phoneMMAHARV
Horrible update
Totally obnoxious. New app update makes the doorbell ring to my phone, even when I turn off notifications for the app. It would be great it it would just send you a banner notification, that then you could tap to see the camera, or talk. But no, full on phone ringing, even when the notifications are off. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!Show lessWssic
