Needs Improvement
App is doing its job most of the time, I think it needs improvements. If my gate rings and i don’t answer right away from the thumbnail (notification) that pops up, it gives me a busy signal when i go to answer on app. It’s also crashed a few times and logged me out unexpectedly. Sometimes there’s no audio, forcing me to close the app then reopen it to fix. Definitely some glitches that need to be worked on!

No muting
A doorbell that you simply can’t silence when ringing, where non of the phone functions work to make it go on mute...very expensive and lacking in a lot of functionality compared to the rest of the market.
Terrible Hw and Software
This doorbell has been terrible. The app isn’t supported by an iPad that most control4 homes use. 2nd the iPhone camera and notification stopped working a month ago. They still don’t have a fix which makes the whole thing useless.
Rings on silent and door bell bugs
This app rings on silent which you have to go into the app to change it which is annoying and often forgotten only to realise after it is too late. Volume and power button still don’t mute it. Also the camera 9 times out of 10 doesn’t have sound at door end so you can’t verbally talk to person at the door. If you close it and try again it locks you out saying it’s busy. Desperately needs some bug fixes and it will be awesome but currently lacks polish.

Needs Silence Button
User should be able to silence the app just like a phone call on the iPhone. I’m often at work in a meeting when the doorbell rings and everyone in the meeting gets to hear every ring until it stops. Turning the app off or on permanent silent defeats the intended purpose of the app. Seems like a simple, and fundamental, feature that is overdue.

Not capable of multiple locations
Can’t switch between multiple sites without having to logout and log back in. This would be a nice feature as seen in Control4 app.
Unstable
Over the last couple of months the app has become unstable and either crashes or logs you out while answering the door.

Rewrite
Had the app for over 6 month’s can’t think of one occasion when it has worked properly, crashes 90% of the time. Can’t answer calls, can’t reject calls and this is a service we pay for on top of the equipment. Needs to be fixed...
A Mess
This App is a major disappointment. The connection with the doorbell is so intermittent (mostly non existent) that I wonder why I bought the doorbell and App. Whereas I am generally very happy with my control 4 system and find it reliable, this feature is simply not up to par. Finally, it is inexcusable that there is no iPad app for this. No evidence control 4 cares.
