Rings when phone is on slient mode

The app rings even when my phone is on silent. Can’t believe this fundamental flaw (which makes this app extremely inconvenient) has not been fixed after so many months. I’ve invested a lot in my new control4 system and expected control4 to be more responsive to issues like these.

Still not muting with phone settings

It’s about time this app followed the mute & do not disturb settings of the device. I was at a funeral today and the damn thing rang in the middle of the service despite the iPhone being muted and do not disturb being set!!

Not very good

Doesn’t work with my phone and hasn’t really worked proper since installation.

A truely average app

This app fails in almost every aspect. When you answer it cuts out before you can speak to anyone or open the gate. On top of that it rings when you are on do not disturb or silent. This can be very annoying when you’re in a meeting, film, at dinner or even worse at a funeral. Sort this out or don’t even offer the app.

App is fine but needs upgrades

Works fine to check the front door but when someone rings the doorbell it won’t stop! So before you answer the door you have to hunt your phone down otherwise it will ring for the next year. Please put a feature that lets you limit how many times it rings.

Also, a motion alert would be cool too.

Awful usability. Volume control.

How does the volume setting not follow the phone?!? Have to log out of the app if you don’t want your phone in meetings. Such poor functionality.

Volume is biggest issue

This app rings loudly even when the phone is on silent or do not disturb. Volume should follow the phone settings. Also would be nice if you could review video for the past few days or 1 week. Only real-time viewing.

Poor connection and No way to silence

Don’t waste your money. Get a Nest. Poor app design. No functionality to review video history without using third party apps. I get a poor connection and no video even when I’m on the same network with gigabit speeds. There needs to be an option to silence the alert without opening the app and canceling the call. Even with my phone on silent mode I still get an audible ring. You cannot adjust the volume or silence it without opening the app.

App rings on silent and dnd mode

Come on guys fix this bug please. The app rings on silent and dnd mode. Surely this can’t be hard to code in.

iPad

Why can you not let this work on an iPad? Push notification, camera, speakers, mic. Yep an update has all that.
