Best Clinic Ever
I really love this app. Whenever I’m feeling down, overwhelmed, or even anxious with my emotions; my counselor always knows how to put my words into a bit of clearer response. Whenever I talk about it with my parents, I don’t think they fully get where I’m coming from.

I’m SUCH a forgetful person so when it slips me I have an appointment one day and I’m out and about I love that I can whip my phone out and talk to my therapist in my car or wherever I need to. Also sometimes I’m too lazy to get up and charge my laptop (like today) so I can just sit in bed and have my session without moving😂 I guess I should also say that the app works great— which it does! The only thing I’ve noticed is that I won’t get my providers messages if they send me a chat on here, and I don’t know how to open a session when my provider is calling me. I click on the notification to join but then it makes me go into a different room from my provider? Idk, it’s weird, but we always figure it out lol Thankful for this app, though!!!!

Unprofessional
I scheduled a appointment for my daughter about a week ago and this morning near noon I got a email that it was canceled. I called them to ask what had happened, because I followed all of their instructions. They said they would reschedule it the same day it got canceled. Later that day I got an email saying that they were unable to do it.

My opinion
It should be able to remember things like your address, city, and state. Especially when I’m on my phone.
Also, I entered the wrong information and it still let me in, so I know it’s not verifying anything. Even if it’s just tracking, it should be able to pre fill.

Awesome
I’m so happy with the care I’ve been receiving so far, everyone is so nice and Dr. S is attentive and acknowledges all of my questions/concerns and includes my suggestions for my treatment regiments based off my person experiences and educates me on what’s best for me health wise but leaves the door open for my ideal approach. My follow up is scheduled for 3 months from now and I’m excited to assess my progress.

Very easy app
This app is very user-friendly. I would recommend all doctor’s offices employ this app. 10 out of 10 stars!
Good overall
Only thing I would change is patient information entry. It could easily be made more convenient.
Chemotherapy education
Komal Daves was extremely warm and professional. Compassion showed through in her demeanor. She was very knowledgeable and organized. She was patient with our questions and answered everything in detail for us, repeating when needed without making us feel we were a nuisance. The perfect person for the job. She was flexible and accommodating when we had difficulty with our initial appointment and rescheduled for an hour later to accommodate. She’s a keeper.
