At first I was skeptical this would work - I really didn’t see any way out of my parking ticket after trying to research myself online. I figured I would submit on this app as a last resort. Lo and behold, about a week or so later I got the notice that it was dismissed. I couldn’t believe it. I actually went on the NYC parking ticket website to double check and yes! Stress relief
The other day I received the ticket that was never given to me or placed on my windshield but I was notified through the app. If it weren’t for the app I would never have known about it and it would’ve accumulated penalties. It is so nice to have an ally or a friend that can help you with your tickets I have had two tickets and both tickets were dismissed through the app.

Easy to setup but no results
This app is fairly easy to navigate and setup. I submitted 3 tickets and they all came back guilty! I wouldn’t waste my time here. I could’ve done that on my own..and then they charge you a fee to pay. Who knows if they really did anything at all. Seems like they are just paying your fine and collecting fees...not impressed at all will try to find another app that actually works.Show less50 spence
Amazing App
Living in NYC it is often difficult to judge whether an area is free for parking and with the congestion how far we should park from fire hydrants/crosswalks. I have received many tickets many $115 and after trying out ticket wiper after hearing about it from my housemate, I was blown away at the abilities of the ticket wiper crew. Tickets are a racket !!
Taking daughter to the dentist on a Sunday in Brooklyn w/ street full of cars parked and one tiny spot to squeeze in. Signs were confusing & running late thought it would be okay, Came back 2hrs later for a $115 tix. Entered the info to TW. and they had it dismissed...I thought , no way!! These lawyers know how the court system works!! It’s a no brainer!! Try em’ you’ve got nothing to loose!

I was so skeptical about downloading this app but I was more adamant about not paying that ticket for $115. Luckily this app gave me an option that I didn’t know I have and fought it and won. Worked as advertised
I was skeptical about the app as many others. Thought worst thing would be to pay the original fine if it didn’t work. Surprisingly got notification the other day that ticket was dismissed so definitely very happy I took a chance.
App was very easy to use and I did upload my registration which I think helped with my case. Definitely worth a try if you already have tickets that need to pay for and would recommend keep the app handy if you going to drive in the city.Show lessDog0998
