Got my ticket dismissed
I’m a new driver in nyc and unfortunately I received my first ticket the other day. I was confuse for so many reasons and became discouraged. Not knowing what I did wrong and ignorant to procedures of fighting tickets, I downloaded ticketwiper. Within mins I was able to navigate the and discuss opportunities with a representative. Waste of time
1st time using this after hearing about it from a friend and low and behold I was found guilty for parking in a very confusing parking spot in Coney Island. another car had been parked in front of us and received no ticket; Definitely parked far out from what was a bus zone, and had pictures yet was found guilty. conveniently 4 weeks later, I wasn’t given any notification except when I went to check the app after checking every day. Definitely won’t use ever again. I should’ve called for my own hearing. I even emailed customer service between that time to check up and they gave me no information, then when I emailed them regarding the guilty verdict they said nothing but would contact the webpage people to find out why I didn’t receive any notification smh thanks for taking my $118Show lessAngelm056

I am a fleet owner and submitted over 10 tickets via this app. I have experienced 3 dismissals which shows a 30% success rate in NYC. I recommend giving them a try since you have nothing to lose. So I was honestly a bit skeptical about it working. And I was afraid that I’d accumulate penalties because but they actually do freeze it so I don’t get penalties. I parked next to a hydrant at night because there were no spots available and i woke up the next morning with a ticket on my windshield wiper. At first i was new to the app and I gave it a chance and they email me back a week later stating that my ticket was dismissed. I was like get outta here i have to check if its was really true so I check the ticket it was dismissed and I am very happy that they do the work that they do. with out them my would still have the titcket against me. I went to New York on vacation and I got a ticket ooops! Was not sure what or how to take care of my ticket so I saw this app on the back of my ticket downloaded the app on my phone and entered my ticket I parked in a loading zone I took no pictures and somehow my ticket still got dismissed it’s simple and easy to use I highly recommend it !Show lessorowe
Simply and easy, and yes it worked
Great app, I have registered and entered my CC with the app last year, welllll I finally had to use it and I WON. It was simple, I scanned the barcode on the violation, all I did was enter an explanation under notes and hit submit. I’ve tried Ticket wiper a few times, although no win is guaranteed they make the process very easy. Their pricing is very fair, when you consider that unless you have proof that a ticket is absolutely wrong, you are going to have to pay for the ticket regardless......so why not give them a shot?
