Poor functionality, bring back old version
The new app is seriously bad compared to the older version. Poor un-intuitive functionality and keeps freezing whenever I want to pay for the tickets.MrBodacious82
Seems to work fine to check and book
Works fine except if you change favourites you have to force quit app to get it to update them.
Online booking also fine.
Be good to have a universal app back for iPad too as the old one was.Slimgym
Horrible
This app is just awful. It was unable to pick up my location and therefore unable to show me my local cinemas and therefore unable to search for movies. No manual override to find the cinema of my choice. Completely useless!Bruskiza

Doesn't work. Don't bother
No matter what I try (adjusting filters, deleting and reinstalling), the app doesn't work when you try to find movies and theatres near you. If you manually enter the theatre, it works, but then what's the point of the app? Would be great it it works, but it doesn't. Too bad.Philthyffi

Hi there, thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've been having with the app. The most recent update includes a fix for certain filtering issues the app was having, so if you install the latest version the filters should work correctly for you. Meanwhile, we're currently working on improving the app filters so it's easier to select a cinema and make a booking. An update should be available on the store soon. An atrocious app -- an embarrassment.
Trying to reinstall after the app decided to go into a connection retry loop. Completely unusable.
When it did still work, it was quite bad: Bad layout and bad design. Such a dark app is very hard on the eyes. It is not clear when some element or component can be interacted with. The navigation is bad, as one often reaches a dead end, having to restart the process of checking movie info and where it shows. It should also be obvious how many movie credits one has on a club card.
Then there is SK in general: They provide a weak range of movies, and the better movies shows for very little time. My email subscription to receive movie updates have never worked.Show lessPieterR1980

Unfriendly, do not use
The app is not user friendly and has clearly been designed by people who do not go to the movies.
The filter does not work and I constantly struggle to switch between cinemas so I can see what is in where.
Very badly designed. Avoid at all costs. Use the website instead.Adrianvdm
