  • Useless app!!!

    Does not function, cannot reset password!!!!

    First off there are 2 of these apps on the store, the older one no longer works. Upon launch you just get a message, "Unable to connect".

    This app. Overall quite poorly put together.
    If you create your account initially via the app, you do not get sent a verification email. So your account won't be active. To overcome this you need to visit the website and locate the option the re-send the verification email.

    Once you've created your account, there is a tab where you can allegedly update your account details. This doesn't work.

    This app is also listed as having support for Wallet. It does not.
    I've just purchased tickets, and I get the QR code in the app, but there is no option to send it to Wallet.
    I even tried to be tricky, I took a screenshot of the QR code and tried to scan it in the Wallet app. This obviously didn't work.

    Personally I'm disappointed. I like to use apps because they usually make interaction with a particular service easier. Unfortunately this wasn't the case here. The dysfunctional features and lack of things like Apple Pay and Wallet support result in this app being no simpler than just arriving at the cinema and buying your tickets there.

  • Doesn't find the booked tickets at the cinema

    Great app BUT firstly, doesn't store benefit card numbers - you need to re-enter them every time!
    Secondly, worst of all, after booking and paying, there is no recognition of the booking at the cinema on the "Self Service" systems to print the tickets. Have to stand in line to book??!!

    Fire your app developers. Amazing that you have made a worse app than your previous one. Why make me jump through hoops before I can check seating availability? Nu Metro is now my preferred cinema.
  • Terrible

    This app is a serious downgrade from the previous version. It is unfinished to the point of being unusable. The app requires you to login before use, but there is no registration journey built into the app. This means you have to visit the SK site on your computer, register, and then sign in on the app. I am also unable to redeem my Vitality via the app. This app makes booking SK tickets prohibitive. More time has been spent on aesthetics and next to none on functionality, by the seem of things. Absolutely awful.

  • As user experience design goes...

    This app is utter twaddle. It's like you got a group of penguins together in a decompression chamber and allowed them free Jamaican rum under 4 atmospheres before firing them head-first into UX design.
    I can only hope that someone who has never before booked a movie online, used the Internet or spoken Human commissioned this.
    It's that ill-conceived.
    And that rubbish.

  • Huge step backwards!

    This app used to be good, but now is terrible. It gets stuck, does not allow logins, does not store benefit cards and freezes during bookings. Embarrassing!
  • Shocking app!!

    Sorry to say but this must be the worst app ever! Why create a new app id and not just update the old one. Users don't even know the new app is on the store. I can't retrieve my purchase history because I can't connect with the old app. Plus this new one is shocking! Loyalty numbers first???? Shocking!!
