  • Poor app experience

    As a first time user it took me 20 mins to make a massage booking. I was super surprised by how the price kept going up. It was more expensive based on the type of massage (not shown in app) then even more because it was apparently a busy time. Next, having chosen a recipient, it wanted me to enter the recipient again - 3 times. Finally a booking, and then when the masseuse didn’t respond, without my choice, another one was allocated and I was logged out of the app and needed to change my password. I think next time the local Asian place will be simpler. I could not even use the chat to speak to Blys. Pretty average for not so average prices.

Sorry to hear your experience hasn’t been the best and thanks for sharing your feedback with us 🙏 The app never allocates another provider unless you choose to do so. The app also shouldn’t log you out randomly, sounds like a bug. If you could please email us we’ll look into these.
  • Crappy app

    App reloaded twice while I tried to create an account so I had to start over entering my info. Also there’s no way to browse providers to see if there’s someone you want to work with before booking, you have to start a booking first.

    Hi there - we’re adding a “loading” icon to indicate that the app is loading in the background. We agree that it’s not very clear at the moment and can get frustrating when the app restarts. You can browse providers in your area from the Providers > Browse section without having to create a booking first. Thanks for your feedback, it’s much appreciated 🙏
  • Bad experince with the over charging

    i have been over charged and the back office staff who answer the emails didnt read the emails but answers to jsutify the wrong charged. good therpist very bad experince with the booking and the over charging.

  • Needs improvements

    App needs to have a live updates so updates can be listed in the Dynamic Island tool for iPhones. Also it would help if we got location updates and a eta for arrival for the services provider who is coming to my location. This way things like road closers and band traffic wold help us be extra prepared for our appointment time. Also add the option to allow early arrivals if the provider is done with a appointment sooner than expected.

    Also needs to be updated so we can inpor5 our appointment details into our personal calanders. This way i5nwould be easier to keep track of everything

  • Possibly the worst app experience I ever had.

    The first and only time I used this app - I selected female as the gender preference when booking a therapist.

    After a short while, a representative from Blys called me and said that there were no females available so they would send a male. I told them I would not like this.

    This representative then accusingly told me, ‘this is NOT a sensual service,’ in such a way that insinuated I was a pervert using the app for sexual purposes.

    I immediately cancelled and deleted the app. I thought it was atrocious that they would call me on the phone to speak to me that way - simply for utilising a preference option that they had implemented into their own service.

    This was some time ago now - but they keep emailing me with promotional material so I thought I should share my experience.

    The app works well.

    However, on the mobile phone, the option to use a gift certificate is a little deceptive, just hiding below the bottom of screen. The unwary can commit to a massage before applying their gift voucher. Once booked you are locked in.

    I filled out all the info and then at the last screen it wouldnt let me scroll to select Continue. Junk.
