  • Excellent massages and service.

    Second time using Blys and yet again a great experience. Masseuse was polite, friendly, on time. Knew what she was doing. Checked to see if any allergies to oils/scents. Ensured you had the right amount of pressure. So so glad that I Have found my new ongoing masseuse. Highly recommend the 90 minute massage and recommend using this app.

  • Awesome couples massage

    Irene and Ronald showed up on time, so kind and professional. They made us feel comfortable from the start. Set up quickly and we had a side by side couples massage in a hotel. We both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Will definitely book again.

  • Great experience

    Booking a massage through Blys was easy. They followed up with my booking promptly and made sure I had all necessary information for my at home experience. I will definitely be booking another massage through them. To have someone come to your home enabled you to be completely relaxed and afterwards to continue enjoying the relaxation without having to travel.

  • Best massage I’ve ever had !

    Thankyou so much Chi ! Not only were you extremely professional, that was by far the best massage I have ever had. Your impeccable technique an outstanding communication , I highly recommend Chi. Myself being one that trains 6 days per week can’t emphasise what great results I have got thanks to chi !!

  • First time user - will use again!

    I just had a wonderful first massage with Blys. My therapist, Jeremy, was punctual and totally professional. He assessed my needs and delivered a therapeutic and relaxing session. The 60’ session felt like 3 hours! Value for money - a great session in the comfort of my own home.

  • Hopeless, not ready for market

    The concept is good but the delivery is absolutely horrible. I have tried to book twice with the app. Both times resulted in hours and hours of waiting then a cancellation... And the phone calls! Judging by the line delay they appear to be using an overseas call centre, they call asking me to concede not using a health fund, concede the time frames, and to change to a male therapist. They phoned so many times it’s almost unbelievable. Then they booked an male therapist despite explicit, repeated instruction not to. In the end they couldn’t make it work and both times cancelled the bookings. I’ve asked them to close the account and forfeit the credits as it’s just that bad.

    Also note all the positive reviews of this app happened all at the same time, which screams fake reviews.

  • Awful experience

    Both times I went to book a female on this app with hours in advance they called me and said a female wasn’t available I booked my massage the first time at 8:30 pm they called me at 8:30 and said that it had to be cancelled once I was excited to try and prepared myself for my home massage. second attempt on another day I tried to arrange a couples massage they literally called me 5 times to tell me the time wasn’t suitable and that they didn’t have a female massage therapist then I said ok we will just get a guy back to back they said ok then they called back and said the guy wasn’t now available I think if you have a app with preferences u should have the staff available and accommodate accordingly.
