  • Amazing massages

    My husband and I had a couples massage x2 while on holidays. The masseuses were amazing and we are completely relaxed. The booking process was SO easy. We are back on the Gold Coast next year and fully intend to book more massages next year for ourselves and our kids … can’t wait … only 362 more sleeps 👍🙏👏

  • Massages whenever I need them!

    Love that you can easily book massages whenever you need to. I came across Blys because I wanted a massage from the comfort of my own home and Blys made it super easy to do so. The therapists on there are super professional and are just amazing!

    My husband and I just had the best couples pampering session in our hotel room Natalia and Davina were incredible we are feeling amazing and so relaxed

    I am very happy that I discovered Blys on the internet because of my very busy schedule it’s great to know you can get a massage therapist at your finger tips and that the service is so reliable and efficient . I have already told my friends about Blys . It’s good that there are other services like hairdressing and beauty too. I love people to provide the service in my own home . Amazing !

    Wow what a great massage session, Deborah is a lovely lady who is really easy to talk to.

    Really knows her stuff, very professional and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed.

    My wife & I can’t wait to see Orah again, we felt so much better after our first session, she was terrific.

  • Very professional and helpful

    Tonille was really professional and efficient. She does know well how to treat the problematic and painful areas, she is equipped with all the necessary and very good quality products, fantastic massage and a great therapist !!! One of the best we have tried in Blys.

  • Disappointing service

    I tried to book a massage last night, my booking was still pending until well after the time that I had requested. I received one email regarding the inability to find an available therapist but after that, nothing. Even after I had reached out through the help and support link. I am extremely disappointed by the service provided and the complete lack of communication. I do not recommend this app

  • First time using the app

    Was not a very good start with using this app as my first booking was accepted but straight after making the booking it became very confusing when the therapist cancelled. I was confused by receiving “how to prepare for your therapist” but the app still showing my booking was pending. Then receiving another 2 emails for transactions of payment through PayPal confused me further as the app still showed my booking was pending a therapist response.
    After contacting customer support via email the funds were placed as credit on my Blys account but the app did not show this credit at all.
    After rescheduling my booking for a different date and another transaction through PayPal from my account, customer service had it all sorted within minutes and I was reimbursed the difference in total amounts.
    So I will give it the benefit of the doubt and continue to use the app to see how it goes in the future.

  • Massage from Mila

    Mila was absolutely amazing! One of the best massages I have ever had, was attentive to the areas I needed it most asking along the way if it was okay. I feel very relaxed and much less tense. I highly recommend her!

  • App not compatible with my phone?

    I love the service but the app itself is really basic and annoying and seems to be incompatible with my iPhone. I feel like I’m on a beta version or something. Was unable to directly message practitioner re upcoming treatment, and in general it’s just a clunky outdated looking site. Is it just me? App says it’s updated but I feel like I’m missing something.
