Had to go back to TraderVue
The one star is for the following:
- the user interface is very “sexy” looking...
However, in the few short months I honestly TRIED to like TraderSync and use the web version to update and review my trades, I spent more time with support trying to get my P/L to line up with my ThinkorSwim account than I did actually reviewing my trades. It never lined up. Countless trouble tickets for this. My P/L was always wrong and the support guys were always trying to tweak it on their end, to no avail. They could never get it correct to line up with what I knew was right in TOS. I showed them proof even though they eventually put the blame on ThinkorSwim, which I proved was wrong as well. It then got into a we’re right, you’re wrong situation and that I needed to contact TOS. These guys have no idea what real customer service is and it shows by the rating on this app. I should have known. I asked for my money back and to cancel the service and they wouldn’t do it, EVEN after they said they would if I could prove they weren’t matching my numbers correctly, and I did.
So they can keep my money, and I am now back to TraderVue where I should have stayed to begin with. The TraderVue system is incredibly simple and much more easy to use even though there isn’t an app. I got suckered into the “sexy” interface and app that TraderSync offers, but it isn’t useable in my honest opinion. Maybe others will have luck. Hope the developers have a nice dinner with my annual subscription, and I better not get charged again.johnnymac221
I want to love this Journal, but..
I’ve told the owner/developer exactly what needs to be done to make this perfect and I got a fairly rude response when I took my time to try helping with user side info because I’m their target customer.
We need live updated unrealized gains to show, calendar view sure but also add a decent referall program and we will all help you grow.
Unrealized profit update is the main issue please add that feature and I’m a buyer. The free trial also really needs to be 14-30 days to get a real feel for the software and create a new habit that we want to actually pay to use.Philipmb
Pretty useless
Glitchy, wouldn’t update my data, tech support wasn’t helpful. I kept getting an error message when I tried to refresh my data. They told me it was a glitch with the app that would be fixed with a new update. New update came out and the error message disappeared, but the data STILL WOULDN’T UPDATE. I requested a refund for the $179 I had paid for the pro version. Kept getting excuses but no refund. Done wasting my time, but I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.JLC1408
Good service, app needs improvement
Please add calendar view to the app.
Also widgets need to show dates in the chart and the filters should be just as customizable as the web platform.mikew117

Hi Mike, We take every feedback that we can to make this better. We have now added all filters from the website to the app. Should be available on an update next Wednesday. We will add a calendar view by the end June 2020. Please look forward to the update next week with the advance filters and reconsider the rating if you think we deserve it :)I don’t get it
Either I’m using it incorrectly or the trial
Version is limited to little insight. I’m not sure what this app is supposed to do but I had thought it would help provide data regarding the current state of my open trades, to help provide insight to get rid of lingering dogs etc.
I just see the initial trades I entered manually and this was after linking one of my trade accounts to it. I will quickly digress to a liking it and apologize if I learn I’m doing something wrongAx_Jaxx
