Lots of good information, primarily when it comes to recalls and estimated value and average mile usage. Good app to have if you are vetting a use car.

Good and useful

After trying out some shady vin look up places and being over charged this looks pretty good so far. They will probably try to charge me at some point but I like the introduction of x amount of free vin checks before that happens.

Vin check

I was sitting here thinking where can I get a free VIN Check and then I remembered I had this downloaded this a few years ago it’s great it works great it has everything you need and more.

This App Is A Must Have

I have used this App to confirm that the vin number matches exactly the vehicle and importantly, the exact mileage the vehicle is advertised as having. For many years I have the privilege of using this App to not only help me, but also to help my family members and friends look up the vin number for any vehicle they have been interested in purchasing. Please don’t change a thing and thank you. Keep up the great service you are providing.

Real free vin check

I have used it twice for both of my vehicles. Gave me great piece of mind. After putting in both vins I found out stuff dealer chose to leave out which wasn’t bad but good to find out … great app real talk great app

Not Impressed Anymore

Update: Still shopping for cars and I run into a paywall?? I saw some old developer responses to people’s reviews stating that they determined that 10 free reports was adequate but I’m seeing now that it’s been shortened further to 5. I’m disappointed. I really thought this app was a game changer, but it’s just another cash grab. Deleting.

Not only does this app provide you with tons of free info to help you make decisions on used cars, but it provides the links to legitimate and reliable sites that provide the info you’re looking for. I learned quite a bit from this app within the first 5 minutes of using it. THIS is how VIN lookup apps should be made. THIS is how you help people.

Please email us at help@iseecars.com if you have more suggestions or any questions we can help with. Now you can still lookup free iVIN Reports and also do a simple sign up for 5/mo free (60/year) - which includes all of the VIN info and links in one place, plus proprietary data and analysis not found in other reports. (It's not the same as the sites where you plug in a VIN and see some info, or have to pay over $10 for 1 report!) There are also low-cost monthly plans with the ability to cancel anytime. The Beta version we launched with was a few years ago, but we're happy to still offer the free access to our full reports. Please reach out to us if we can help you directly with anything. Thanks!

Amazing

I felt so much more confident during the used car buying process with the information given to me on the app. Honestly I am amazed it’s free, I’d gladly pay for this service.
