  • After you cancel...

    My son liked the app, but it’s upsetting that once you cancel your subscription, you lose access to the entire puzzle collection you built up after months and months of paying for them... You should at least get to keep what you paid for. I’d rather put money towards alllll the other activities my son is interested in rather than pay monthly for more screen time.

  • Needs a large screen to be playable

    Not only does it need a large screen to play on (so my toddler can’t play on the phone). But when he’s trying to play the puzzles there’s some sort of glitch that every time he touches a puzzle piece he’s already put in place it pulls up a math problem as though it needs parental guidance. The hidden pictures are almost even impossible for myself on the phone so back to needing a large screen to play this game. Overall disappointing, I’d rather abc mouse or some other app if I’m paying a monthly subscription.

  • Not a good value

    Could be great but not as a subscription. After paying for almost a year it is a disappointment that none of the puzzles are saved when you cancel. The paper magazine is of much more value - you don’t have to return the issues after reading them.

  • Awesome games but.....

    I grew up with highlights and loved the magazine. My daughter really enjoys this app and so I purchased the subscription to unlock more games. The games are still locked and I’m not sure how to access them, when I clicked on the “access more games” link the pop up said I already subscribed and am still unable to open these extra games. Is this a bug, please advise, thank you!

  • Automatic charges

    Disappointed to see this app automatically charge monthly fees after the free period is up AND they don’t have a straightforward way (on site or app) to cancel subscription. Shouldn’t need to email directly for something that should be standard. Very sneaky money-making practice.
  • How to cancel the monthly subscription?

    My daughter is no longer playing the games on this app and I can’t find how to cancel the monthly subscription! When I go to app support it takes me to a website with the different Highlights products, but it doesn’t say anything about canceling the app. The app itself says to follow the rules from the App Store, but there’s nothing in my App Store that explains how to cancel the subscription. Help!

  • This fun

    I am 4 years old. My grandma got this set of puzzles. This is fun. I like “Hi Five”, too. And it’s on family share so Mama And Papa can have it on their phones, too.
  • Disappointed

    I was disappointed to find out that Highlights a name known for children’s fun, a name I grew up with, has to charge a monthly subscription fee. I downloaded the app for my grandson, I completed the first puzzle (not realizing you only get the one puzzle free) so I could explore the app before my grandson sees it, so there was nothing for my grandson. I may have paid 2.99 upfront but not monthly. There are other good apps that are free.
