Not a free app

I was highly disappointed to download this free app only to find out you can’t actually do anything on it without paying $2.99 a month. If it was $3 to buy the app and then free from then on, I wouldn’t be frustrated. But it’s extremely misleading to download a free app and not have it be the least bit free.

Best Game In The App Store

Nieces and nephews love it!

My nieces and nephews (ages 2-7) love this game! It’s a little easy for the older ones, but they enjoy helping the younger ones too. Their favorite part is the egg-hatching rewards!

Can't find the cancel!!!

Want to cancel been less than 2 weeks so not near the cancel dead line. Can't find any help or instructions on how.

Doesnt work :(

My son was so excited to download this app after having such a fun time with our Highlights magazines. Unfortunately we've only been able to play it once. Same as the previous reviews, it freezes and won't open. I'm especially disappointed because our free trial is running out without being able to take advantage of it. Please fix soon!! We do intend to pay for the subscription if these issues are resolved, I am very happy with the content.

You’re going to be charged $2.99 per month after 30 days. It should have said that up front because I wouldn’t have bothered.

Freezes, can’t tap anything

After a few days use, the app no longer responds on our iPad. The app loads and the music plays but it’s not possible to go anywhere.

Only solution has been to delete the app and reinstall, which resets back to the beginning.

The problems started an update or two ago. Pretty sad because we’re paying for the subscription and our daughter loves it when it works.

I’m sorry to learn of any difficulty you are experiencing with Puzzle Town. Uninstalling & reinstalling normally fixes most issues. Since you have already tried this, there is nothing further for you to do. We have forward the error to our app developer, and they are working on a fix! You should expect a update notification from iTunes soon.

Great when it works

My 4 year old and even my 7 year old love this app BUT so often they start the app and it gets to the part where they can select which puzzle they want to do and it freezes. This happens all the time and it’s very frustrating. I want to keep this but am going to have to delete and cancel if that doesn’t get fixed very quickly.

Try to uninstall and reinstall the app, this may fix the problem. In the meantime, rest assured that the error has been reported. You should expect an update notification from ITunes, once the problem is fixed.

Great puzzles, BUT...

My three year old loved these puzzles because they were perfect for her age. But, as stated in other reviews, my granddaughter gets frustrated because it freezes. I’m not going to pay for something she can’t use.
