Goods not received
An item I purchased costing £160 was delivered to the wrong bane and address and after 12 working days UPS agree they were at fault and compensated Arc’teryx and seven days later I am still waiting for a refund and then today they have asked me to return the item I have not received and I cannot speak to anyone. I will never buy directly from you ever again.
