Cannot enlarge screen
First 4 months was working excellent. Now I can see the images only in small window. The button on bottom right does not respond my finger no matter what I do. I did restart and reset and unload and download the app. Nothing works.DawidJe

Full screen stopped working
The camera was working really well, but yesterday the full screen stopped working. Nothing happens when I tap the full screen arrows now . Without full screen it is very difficult to see details. I wish it still worked like it did 2 days ago. I tried restarting the device but still doesn’t work.TW4561
Need fixing
Can’t turn the video to sideways since the newest update for homeeye and it has and it has motion blur, and it causes the phone to overheat to where you can't really see the screenTodd #1.0

I love this cam because it does what I bought it for. But I had to disconnect it yesterday for some reason and when I reconnected it, it will not reconnect. I ended up reinstalling the all and now I cannot find the WiFi to re-add the device. Please help me!! 帮帮忙好吗？ 求求您了啊！Docbh85

Set camera up in our holiday home in Italy .
Back in uk now and the camera says offline. There in no help line in the app or onlineDazHall3
