Could be Worse, But Not by Much
The app is a little buggy. Navigation is far from intuitive. Once I figured it out, I know where to go.
The app works fairly well to record video or photos off live stream from the camera.
It will allow you to transfer videos or photos from the sdcard to the app on your device, but the method is cumbersome. It is not as simple as clicking on a “Download” button. You have to start the stored video and then press the button for the option you want.
All transferred videos and photos are stored in the app and then requires you to move them to your photos. Problem is, app crashes when you attempt to download videos and that was the whole reason I bought the camera.
Correction: Looking at files on the sd card, you can download directly to your photos app. Once I figured it out, it has become easier to use. I dated the score to 3 stars.Show lessflyhombre
Latest Update 1.8.3 Bug
Found a bug in the latest update. Under files then videos that have been recorded you can no longer view in landscape mode only portrait.
So this means viewing of recorded videos can be seen in the smaller frame on phone. Please resolve this issue that was created with the last update.james@clayton

Issues
This is my second camera from this company. The first one worked great for months but blacked out one day and never recovered. The company was nice enough to send me a new one to replace the defective camera. I installed it and it’s worked fine until my phone updated to iOS 14.
It’s been a nightmare since; it won’t connect half the time, it barely detects motion, the footage is glitchy, and now my app crashes every single time it’s opened.Show lessamandamush

Malfunctioning Issues
Past few days camera has been having issues with connecting and then the camera will cut out and back often jumping several seconds. Worked great before 😕meg.j.bowen
Some features work, but half don’t;
The manual record to the device works and the alarm record to the SD card works, but neither the timed recording to SD card or constant (throughout) modes have worked for me despite camera and app restarts and resets.
The alarm mode is odd in that it only allows a maximum of 60 seconds for alarm video duration, which is way too short. It should allow for at least 15 minutes of recording after a motion alarm as distant movements don’t necessarily trigger the motion alarm.
