Bad update
The cameras great. Works well and is easy to use
But the software update on the app doesnt let you zoom, delete files on the sd card from ur phone and skippin to a point in the video file. When it use to before, dont know why they changed itswanny2132
Unreliable
This app is not reliable if recording… cuts out after a few minutes at times… and if trying to record will blink off and not play back the recording…camera is good view… app is not…this app needs lots of work wish I could connect to a more reliable app..lots of bugs should not be on the market yet.supermantgh

Way too buggy
I don’t know where to start when reviewing this app. First, I’m a computer programmer with lots of networking experience. Getting the app to connect too far longer than it should. It gives conflicting feedback over whether connection has been made. Getting a recording of any type took endless experimentation. The recording is stored on the phone (whether you want it there or not) in some unknown location rather than with other photos and videos. There is no sound recorded even though the app shows there is. Overall the layout of the app is confusing and there is no manual that I could find. English usage is poor at best and at times I didn’t know what was being asked. In general I’d advise staying away from this app and its associated hardware.Show lessDessertFirst2001
Ok but...
App mostly works as it says it does with hidden camera, however I would like some features like only saving videos with alarms rather than trying to find actual security incidents/only recording when triggered.
Also, I’ve been using my hidden camera clock to help me see what time it is in a different country (for work) and no matter how many times I change the time settings, it reverts back to my phone’s time.Show lessHeatyyyy

Won’t connect to WiFi
Since the latest update the camera won’t connect to WiFi. When I try to redo the connection it times out even though router and camera are right next to each othershaggy995
Cant save recorded files to tablet
Under files videos. You can’t click the ... menu without the app crashing. Very important to be able to save files guys. Kinds the entire point of this. Want to catch something on video then you can’t do anything with it easily.Fitzxp
Worse security camera app
This app will not work on ios 14.4
it keep asking to enable location
by gps to setting and automatically will open “setting page” to activate gps location for the camera.
There is no way to view live video when there is a motion alert. When responding to motion alert, instead of viewing live video, it wil open setting page on iphone privacy setting and asking for permission to share location with the app.
The video page to view past alerts and recording always remain blank, there is no way to view past recording. All of this is making the camera useless.Show lessNYC_2020
Time changing
I just got this product it’s very nice. But when I go to do anything with the camera my time is always changing even tho I set it to my time. If there’s a way to fix this issue that’d be greatxxmblack330xx
