I have been using a peridot for three months now . I'm 62 years young and already I notice a major difference . Just keep at it . Some days I'm better at the games then others but every day my pelvic muscles are getting stronger . I no longer wear a pad daily and I'm pretty certain I am in control !!!

Facile/abordable et amusant
Vraiment au même prix qu’environ 2 sessions de physiothérapie mais aussi efficace et utilisable à long terme. Je l’ai depuis 4 ans, sa batterie est toujours aussi fonctionnelle et les jeux s’améliorent (moi aussi ;) je l’utilise quelques semaines pas année.

I’ve been using the Perifit+ for a little over a month now. After three children my pelvic floor was shattered, and sneezing, exercising, and climbing stairs etc were all a no-go and laughing was no joke. In desperation I ordered the Perifit+ with low expectations, however, I have been shocked and thrilled at the results. Very quickly I have improved my pelvic floor strength, and agility, and now I don’t have little accidents throughout the day. Coughing, sneezing and laughing are all completely acceptable without the fear of wetting myself…even slightly.
I continue to improve so I will use the device daily for the foreseeable. Why wouldn’t you.
The exercises make it fun and simple to use-you don’t realise you’re exercising. And you have a visual guide of how your Kegel health is tracking. Plenty of forums for help, support, guidance and a great community for other users to chat and share helpful tips. Well worth every penny for me!

Most fun and comfortable way to train Kegels!
It was a bit pricey but it was so worth it! I’m getting so much progress while having fun! Both me and my husband 😉love it. The games make me want to keep exercising and it is a very comfortable design. I look forward to using it before bed every night.

Finally something that makes me want to do pelvic exercises, if one must. It helps keep me motivated.
