Needs major updates
It kicks me out of the app, makes it difficult to login or create an account. The lessons are fine but that’s about it. It’s full of bugs and glitch’s

I can’t find any free content, but it doesn’t really matter because the app keeps crashing. I’ve had it for less than half an hour and will delete it.

Bought the subscription after finding the spotify lessons useful however the app is completely unusable. It crashes almost every time it tries to load anything

Thank you for creating all these media resources to learn Mandarin. On the website, I can use a social login such as Google, but not on the app. Consequently I can’t track my progress on my iOS devices. This is very inconvenient and makes the app unusable to me. Can you please add that feature to the iOS apps? That will certainly make it a 5-star app!

Content: Great. Beginner to Intermediate course is amazing!! Funny, informative, and practical!
The App: Buggy. Often I can’t get videos to play.
So, I use the website, which is leagues ahead of the app. They released a new web dashboard that still looks a touch dated, but is better.
I think that ChinesePod could really take ahold of the market again if they invested a lot more into UI & UX.

Can’t log in
I use the website and I sign in with my Google account. The app doesn’t seem to support this, so I can’t login.
I’ve tried changing my password manually, but despite telling me that they’ve sent me a code, nothing appears.
No help facility in the app, not even a chatbot.
Basically, the app is a complete waste of time.

Nothing Works
None of the videos open, you have to pay to access most things.
The podcast is really good, but this app is disappointing

videos don’t load
none of the videos load and if you try to watch one it freezes the entire app meaning you have to force close the entire thing. so annoying! not worth paying the subscription.
