absolute garbage.

ive logged in 4 times…
cannot find the shop online option in any menu but can access by clicking an ad for it.
dont press the X! you will lose all your shopping and have to re log in.
so many attempts to make a grocery order and i literally cannot check out. after going through paypal it either freezes or asks me to go to paypal again. 9 times ive tried ti pay you and i cant.
i give up. this isnt even worth another moment of my time.

This app is disappointing

Cannot open the app. Tried everything except contacting directly. Just can not waste anymore time on this.

Make lists shareable

What would make this and other grocery store apps great is the ability to share your list with your household in real time, on the app. For example, if I make a list in the app, I should be able to title it (i.e. cottage weekend with family) and send it to my family within the app, not just as a list in text messages. If it was in the cloud in the app, we can all check off in the same list, especially if we are shopping at different locations from the same grocer. Then, as a family, we could accumulate points on the same account.

Not useful

There is no way to search for items (iOS) nor can you pick a time for pickup.
There was a way to start an on line order but it has disappeared.
Time for Food Basics to hire some coders that are capable.

Why create an app only to give you a couple extra sales per week. Really disappointing.

Flyer never shows up

I’ve deleted and redownload this all, and still no flyer.
That’s almost the entire reason I got it.
The site is awful to navigate, and silly me thinking the app would be better.

Been trying to reset my password for months never get any of the emails.
Update: It’s a joke at this point. I sent you emails, and I’ve never gotten a response. Im done with this app.

Can’t use my account anymore

I originally made my account signing in with Apple, and it seems on a recent update they removed the option to sign in with third party apps. But it’s also impossible for me to use the same email address that was associated with my account to make a new account or create a new password so I can sign in using that email.

Zero stars

App is unusable. Can’t sign in, try to get password sent to me and it doesn’t ever come. No updates to app in 7 months. Waste of time! Shopping elsewhere…

Brutal

App won’t work in store unless I turn off free wifi. Couldn’t login 98% of the time I tried to use the app. Finally gave up and had to create a new account so I could use the weekly coupons. Tried to reset the password numerous times but never received the password reset email, EVER! App needs some serious work to make it usable.
