Needs improvement
I'm a jazz guy so I bought this app. It's average in terms of playability and sound. The sax sounds in SampleTank are better, IMO. To the developer:
I'm experiencing some latency on an ipad2
Need a volume control.
Need to be able to adjust key width.
Need to be able to adjust attack and release
Virtual midi input doesn't respond to pitch bend and vibrato.

Wonderful, as expected.
I am not shocked in the slightest when I say this was better than expected. Easily one of the best sampled saxophones I have heard, and to see them bring the VST over into mobile form just makes it even more fun.
Embertone has worked their way into being one of my favorite VST library producers, and I can't wait to see what they do next.

Omg, the is the greatest thing I've ever seen! As a composer I'm a big fan of Embertone's virtual instruments, and their first one for iOS doesn't disappoint. The quality of the samples is great and the 'sex' dial allows you to make your compositions steamer than you ever thought possible! Thanks for making me sound cool!Show lessstampyhead
