  • Needs further development

    The whole point of an app is accomplish tasks within the app without relying on safari or chrome to open new windows. Many web pages don’t work well from the phone, so the app is supposed to facilitate that. Through the app, the option to pay invoices directs me to safari and the page is shrunken down so far, you need to zoom, and rezoom over and over. It’s easier just to use the website via laptop/desktop.

  • Too complicated

    Just as my title said-It’s TOO COMPLICATED. I don’t even know where to begin. One main issue is- Rather than adding up paper receipts to bill a customer I thought I could find that info in the app. At one point I WAS able to find receipts for a particular project but it took ALOT of digging. I tried again a few days later and was completely flummoxed. Finding purchase history is almost impossible. The mobile app is simply not user friendly. No point in leaving a review as nothing has changed for the 8 years Ive been using it. Sherwin is a great company but this app is absolutely insulting. 3 thumbs down.

  • Can’t order from app

    I’m being generous with 1 star. I ordered from this app a lot. I’ve used it for well over a year. The last 4 months it wont let me check out. It says I need to fill in the PO Box. I keep putting the customers name in and it still says I can’t leave the box blank. I’ve reached out to customer service 3 times and the last time they told me they would get back to me. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard from them. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times and it still wont work. I’ve also made sure my iPhone is updated. With the price increases and the surcharge it may be time to take my business elsewhere. It also won’t use Face ID all the time.
    Once again it will not let me order from the app. I’m not doing anything different than I’ve done in the past. VERY FRUSTRATING
