Terrible app
After setup for connecting the A/C, which is not so easy, it connects to the device but after a while of using it looses connection, the device not recognized anymore. Have to repeat configuration and once again same problem over and over. Gave up trying to control my A/C unit with this mediocre app and only use my A/C with the remote controller. A total junk.

Potential but also missing basic functions
Functional as is, sometimes a bit hard to use because you have to refresh again and again to see the real status of your aircondition device especially for people that use it remotely or for an Airbnb, also there could be a usage or electricity metering pretty essential during our times, definitely they could do better but first in suggesting to add the functions for the newer models such as silent mode I sense etc.

Localization
Recently faced with issue related to you Application localization.
I have wifi router Apple AirPort Extreme 6th Generation, and in the country selection I do not have Ukraine. I have only US, Canada, Mexica, Argentina and etc South and North America countries.
I was created a Personal Hotspot on my cellphone and shared the interned. After that I managed to connect my Cooper&Hunter AC to your application.
2 years ago, I did not have such issue with connection, and it worked fine with my router localisation for United States.
So, I would like to ask you. Could you please, add United States to your localization to use it from Ukraine?

Awfully Designed App
This app does not work properly on modern WiFi setups. It tries to find a 2.4GHz wifi network on iPhones which default to (and cannot select lower than) 5GHz, so the list is blank. What it SHOULD DO is simply request and provide the WiFi credentials to new device over Bluetooth like other ‘smarter’ apps. This means having to completely disable the entire 5GHz network, just to configure a single device, which is untenably poor practice.

Yup, really misses the mark for mini-split remote control
I am a power smart home user and have lots of experience with smart home devices. This app is by far one of the worst. Don’t get me wrong, the actual mini-split AC/heater unit is perfect but controlling and scheduling it through the app is atrocious. It is impossible to figure out how to change the scheduling in the app because the instructions are non-existent. Customer support is through email! I highly recommend the actual unit and DO NOT recommend the EWPE app at all.

Does not work for me
I bought this Gree split AC and have been trying to get the WiFi working, it never broadcasts its hotspot at all/

Pretty much useless
This app does not work, BUT the remote that came with the unit is not great either. Maybe the problem is not the app but rather the system’s ability to work with any type of remote? Either way, i will be deleting the app due to its complete uselessness for us. I had high hopes for it as my phone is always close by and it would have been nice to be able to adjust the ac features from bed without disturbing my or my husband’s sleep. If i could give this ZERO STARS, i would.

Can’t select my Region
After having signed me out - I now can’t sign in again as I’m not able to select my region. Irritatingly this also means I can’t contact the developer to report the problem in the Help setting as I can’t sign in. Grrrr

The app is ok, although another manufacturer adding a single “smart” device, and pretending it is an entire stand alone smart home eco system is just irritating at this point
