Worst move from Instarem

The latest update to the Instarem app, which removes the Poli transfer option, is disappointing. Poli transfers were a convenient and widely-used feature that allowed users to transfer funds seamlessly. Removing this option may inconvenience many users who relied on its efficiency. It's crucial for apps to enhance user experience, and this change seems to move in the opposite direction. Instarem should consider user feedback and work on improving the app while retaining popular and user-friendly features to maintain a positive reputation and user satisfaction.

Good and reliable service and they are improving transfer time

Great app to use with such a less transaction processes time

I have been using this app for long time and never get disappointed. The transaction processing time is so less and the features available in app are incredible. Best transfer rates are available.

Best rate most of the time :)

I’ve been using instarem for 4 years and they offer the best rates most of the time. Transactions are being processed too instantly, in seconds!!! They also accept feedback from customers, after asking me for any improvement I’d like to see I told them it will be good to search for currencies in the app - which they have implemented. :)

Loops on login screen twice

I have been using this app for a while now and love the experience with the service from Instarem- fast and reliable.
However, I always have to login twice on the login screen- which sometimes feels a pain so thought of pointing out. I have updated the app, but once I put my email and password, it logs in and then brings me back to login screen. Would appreciate if dev could work this out.

Improving every year

I’ve been a customer of Instarem for almost five years. And each year, the quality and efficiency of their service has improved dramatically. Initially, it took several days to complete a transaction. Today, I initiated a wire transfer from my home financial institution to my account overseas via Instarem. To my surprise, it was completed in less than 2-hours. And at a competitive rate. I now refer Instarem to all my friends and associates.

Surpass the anticipation

Hi Guys,

I ‘ve bn using this app for more than 5 months, and I played around this app completely, I would really suggest for you mates that you can go with this app if you wanna do the overseas transactions and etc.
However, the only thing I couldn’t figure it out(or no options in app) to delete the (already)added payee details, I can only inactive their details rather than deleting their complete details(account & address). That’s the disappointing part. Other than that I really love it and it’s much faster than any other app I ever used.
If anyone figure this out, how to delete the added payee pls comment your answer, I can follow it. Thanks in adv.

Unable to reset phone number

There is no way to update your phone number unless you have access to your old phone number. The customer support email for this is unmonitored and they never respond. I used to like this app but sad to see a basic feature missing and they do lack proper customer support

Great App to send money Abroad!

Its been more than 6 months im using this app. Its really easy to use and the exchange rates are very good. Money reaches fast than other apps with good exchange rates. Highly recommend this to everyone !!!

All good till your money is stuck

I have been using this app from past 4 years. It was all good till 31st December 2022.
I made a transaction on 31st December and the amount is not yet transferred to the recipient even on 4th Jan 2023.
When I called about it 2 days back, the representative said it’s all done from their side and I need to contact the recipients bank.

I checked with the recipients bank and got to know that they haven’t received the amount yet.

Again I had a chat with Instarem team on 4th Jan and they say that there’s some technical issues from their side.
It’s sad to see that I wasn’t notified about their technical issue. I had to wait till 4th Jan and had to chat twice to understand it’s an issue from their/partner bank side.

I wish they notified me before itself so that I could have paid my loans on time !
