Good exchange rates but worst customer service
They have good exchange rates but the WORST customer service.
I have been using this app for few years now but, the only time I needed some support from their team, the experience was very disappointing.
First, there’s no way to reach out the actual person via call. Only chat bots with useless pre-defined messages.
They would only send pre-written replies over when asked via queries, emails.
I did not receive call back even after requesting 100 times. And eventually when I got I call back after 2 days, again fake assurance was given regarding the status of funds transfer.
FYI, my funds are still not transferred to recipient account after 7-8 days it was deducted from senders account.

I have been using instarem for more than 6 months, I prefer them over others for their competitive rates. They have been reliable for the most part. Its something I can count on as my top goto apps when it comes to remittance.

Always liked using this app and service . Transfers are quick and exchange rate is by far the best I have seen.

Improved user experience
I’ve been with InstaRem for almost four years. And my most recent experience using the upgraded user interface was an improvement over the earlier versions. Using the older version of the app was a headache trying to navigate through the confusing maze of questions. And I usually gave InstaRem 3-4 Stars. It took me less than two minutes to complete my transfer request using this latest version. And I received my funds overnight. Thank you for your efforts at making InstaRem a 5-Star experience!

Easy to use and very straight forward. Recipient always receive quickly.
Don’t use this app
Save yourself the hassle and avoid this app. It’s been almost 4 weeks since I tried to make a transfer which failed. Asked to reinstate transfer and they said refund is my only option. And ever since I’m trying to get my money back which has been such painful process. Multiple touch points with various Instarem agents and they give you a new piece of information, asking for a new document each time you raise a new ticket. I’m still waiting for my refund. Absolutely zero customer obsession, avoid this service at all costs.

Surpassing my expectation
Fast processing, with prompt customer service. My experience with international money transfer has not been great in general as the currency pair I need is AUD-VND, not many transfer platforms facilitate this. So Instarem was a surprising good find, great rate, low fee and quick processing. The processing time varies from transaction to transaction however, the quickest one is in 1 minute, while others can take a few days of being reviewed and required additional documents, but that’s to be expected. Overall, I’m a very happy customer.

Transaction on hold
This app is so useless DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP my transaction were put on hold for don’t know what the money was deducted from my account and then it shows that it’s awaiting payment from my account which is already deducted but they doesn’t know where it went and they don’t have any proper information on your account and they can’t help you with anything they just keep on saying that your issue is been taken care by concerned team and they will get back to you which they never I say you all never download this app

Love the app and the fast processing
Long time user of instarem and witnessing from taking a couple of days in transferring your funds to a couple of minutes is quite impressive.
The app is becoming seamless and the payid transfer made my transactions superfast. While I would love the face or pin unlock system rather then having to sign in using the email ids.
