The app only works with some models. This was a waste of time to download and install.
Made my headphones stop working
The app said it needed to install a new firmware update on my headphones, after it finished my headphones stopped working
Limited Apple Watch Support
These earbuds do connect but only have limited functionality. The volume swiping doesn’t work, NC doesn’t work, and I’m sure there are other things that don’t work. I like functioning buttons, if I would have known these buds are the swiping type, I would have passed. However, they sound great while connected to my iPhone and the app opened. AKG - make a Apple Watch app, please!

Bad app, never connects to headphones
As all users mentioned, it never connects to the headset and the lack of presets is disapointing. Please fix!
Good basic app
Works fine with my N700NC M2. Firmware update with no issues.
It’s a shame that there’s no preprogrammed EQ settings to choose from.
Not sure if possible, but /hearing in my left ear is worse than in a right one,/ it would be nice if there would be an option to balance it out in settings (pretty please)

does the job
paired with my new buds instantly and let me mess with them in a bunch of cool ways, including a 10 bar equalizer
App Doesn’t recognise headphones
Have to constantly re pair headphones to get the app to recognise them being connected. No pre sets for equaliser.

It seems its a good app but it can’t detect my AKG K361-BT on the iphone 12 pro max.
