Update: I emailed and explained the situation to the developer and why this happened. I’m not trying to freeload. Genuinely wanted to see it head to head against another app. Instead of a resolution, they respond to this review implying I’m trying to avoid paying for the app by reusing 1 week free trial. It’s even more obnoxious than I initially thought. Legit apps don’t have to blame unsatisfied customers. Complete trash.

AppStore does not allow you to keep using the apps for free by deleting the app and using the trial period multiple times. That’s true for all apps. Obviously, if that was permitted no one would ever pay for an app that has a trial period. So you are giving a 1-star rating to the app because you find it useful but you don’t want to pay for it. Another fact about AppStore: Apple handles all transactions with the AppStore. We indicated that to you when you contacted us. Developers do not have your financial information and cannot issue refunds. A quick google search confirms that.
An Extremely Comprehensive App
The developers provide a wide dataset from five menu plus links to other services. First display your battery energy level, estimated range, rated range. When charging you’re shown time to completed and charge rate. Among other useful vehicle data. This is a well balanced arrangement of information concerning your vehicle, I can’t emphasize that enough! Here’s where I have my greatest concern, which I’ve expressed to the developers. Even though the app display charging statistics at time of charging it won’t log that data until after the vehicle has been unplugged and driven. That concern has been addressed and corrected to reflect when charge was done. That was then, now app display charging data as it happens. I’m very pleased with that update, thanks to the developer for considering this well rounded update. He is constantly listening to the app users and taking useful suggestions and improving functionality! Saving that last ⭐️ for when he truly squash any concern I may yet have. Above all I fully recommend you look closely at this app. You are getting so much and it’s still growing.
