IAP inaccurate, half baked, contributes to phantom drain
I’ve had this app for years and have conversed with the dev on issues I have seen over that time via support and Twitter. The IAP is completely inaccurate in comparing battery degradation for my Model S 85D and he couldn’t understand why that was a problem, explained the dataset was small, neural nets are smart and how it’s such a great deal even though it is completely inaccurate. So he blocked me on Twitter instead of taking the time to realize this feature provides no value as designed. Nice. Anyway, I’d go for another option with a subscription instead so at least you could cancel when it doesn’t work as expected. Also when I bought it I think it was $5, $50 is absolutely nuts and not worth it especially with the changes Tesla has made in their app and the overall inaccurate measurements and half baked features and 1995 UI.
Uninstalled it recently and my phantom drain issues have magically gone away so I also suspect this app was the culprit.

Very Useful, Very User Friendly, and Fairly Priced
The app provides many useful tools for managing your Tesla (including tools the Tesla App does not offer) and a wealth of feedback on the state of your car and how efficiently you use it (absolutely and versus other users of comparable models). The author is very accessible for help and feedback, but the user interface is intuitive, the FAQ section provides lots of background, and in-app explanations are available for many features. On a comparative basis, it’s probably underpriced when measured against apps that use a subscription model.

was brilliant. Lost all data
I have used this app for over 2.5 years collecting performance data. Lovely app, great graphs and really informative. Was presented with a white (blank) screen instead of a login which not get past. I was advised to reinstall the app and in the process all the data was wiped. Should have the option to back up the data when forced to reinstall. When this is available I will give 5*

Must-have companion to Tesla app!
After using this for four months, I’m extremely satisfied with this app’s functionality and usefulness. I use it several times a day. It’s absolutely packed with features the Tesla app left out. I also subscribe to TeslaFi and am happy to use and support both developers—it’s not redundant, as some here have suggested. If you are having connectivity problems with the app, the problem lies elsewhere—your phone, cell/wifi, or Tesla’s own servers (as happened this morning) are the usual culprits, although uptime for this app for me is about 99%. I love it!

Great app, needs some work
I’ve been using for about 6 months now and the information that is provided has been very informative! While the app gets new features on occasion I am finding some flaws with the reporting of certain items. I find that the miles driven graph is incorrect, sometimes to the point of disbelief. I have consulted my insurance tracker and pen and pencil and have found it to be off. As well as the cost energy added cost calculation. With the new Tesla app update it will now tell you how many KWh were added during the last charge. If I multiply that by the rate I pay I get a correct cost but stats app doing the calculation with the same hourly rate that I provided in the setting calculates the cost incorrectly. (I have confirmed my KWh usage via a ChargePoint home charger). My ending comments: I do think this is worth it compared to teslafi! I will continue to use stats and look forward to updates in the future to potential fix some bugs! Highly recommend!

Pay to add features?
The app works fine. But it is a bit rich to add a (from a user perspective) simple feature and then ask for more money when we’ve already forked out $80. If this is going to be how customers are treated, I think I’ll move on :(

This app is the most feature-rich tesla app that you can find. Other apps that provide a subset of features that Stats app provides require $50-$79 USD per year. Stats has no subscription.
Worth the investment for Tesla owners
The Stats app is worth buying for the additional information you can get on your Tesla. The app also enables Siri short cuts, and Apple Watch complications which can be really handy.
Great app, but…
All around great app that gives you ability to control your Tesla in a way that you can’t with the native Tesla app.
I mainly purchased the app for shortcuts to use with my watch.
I enjoy seeing the statistics through the seasons, especially in the winter time.
But, the one thing that can improve for the app is the design. The look of the app does not feel modern or con-temporized as many other recent apps. There is only so much you can do to make graphs look good, but I’m sure there is some designer out there that can assist with making the app look better.
Nonetheless, this does not detract from the ability to use the app as things are categorize well.

Tesla app is basic, use The Stats App
The Tesla app has been very basic in terms of features over the years, they’re starting to add more but it’s things StatsApp has had for years.
The developer is great and active on Twitter. Constantly adding useful updates relevant to current developments, and ready to assist with any questions.
This app helps you control features in the car, do more advanced scheduling of charging and climate control, and track your efficiency and other stats against all users over time.
It even reminds you of a few things and has widgets. Highly recommend

Almost perfect.
This is a good app for keeping an eye on your Tesla with lots of useful info. I’ve used it for about a month now and while I’m basically very happy with the features, I’m not absolutely convinced it does not add to phantom drain.
I asked the developer if it was possible to add an option to command the car to enter sleep mode by disabling polling but he said it’s not needed because of how the app is designed.
I still think it would be a very handy addition. In addition, when opening the app, it would be useful to be asked, or have the option added to be asked, if you really want to “wake” the car.

Thanks for using the app. Unlike other third party apps and web services, this app has an adaptive learning algorithm to ensure that it does not affect the phantom drain. Objective proof is the histogram of phantom drain across all users which is included in the app.
