  • All Networks deleted - no more remote access

    Absolutely gutted, been using Unleashed app for a long time, had 40+ systems on there. Went to check a system yesterday, all disappeared. Checked my login, all ok, deleted and reloaded app, nothing…

    I am told by my supplier that they have seen this before, and despite reporting to Ruckus there is no fix…

    Now faced with having to visit customers to re-enable remote access, seriously considering using a different wifi system from now on as easy remote access is a must these days…

  • New version doesn’t work

    The new version doesn’t work on iOS 16.5. Myself and neighbors in our development all have the Ruckus unleashed app that is used with the Ruckus 7150 c12p switch with the Ruckus 510 access points. Everyone’s login and password stopped working on the unleashed app. I’m assuming this has to do with iOS updates. I was able to login on my iPod which is running iOS 12.5.6.

    Hi! Sorry for the inconvenience with the Login with iOS 16. We have fixed this issue with the latest app release BUT you will also need to be on Unleashed 200.14 latest firmware (build 200.14.6.1.199). Please upgrade both the App and Unleashed AP firmware and if you still have issues reach out to us at mobile@commscope.com.
  • Complete Rubbish

    Sad that in 2023 a big company like Ruckus makes such rubbish software, looks like it is from at least a decade ago and that’s when it works, gives notifications when you go read you are signed out and signing back in again is a joke
  • What a crap app

    Regularly have to delete and reinstall to be able to manage our remote networks. Across all of our staffs phones - what a load of nonsense.
  • App no longer connects to network or AP

    Well the app has been great for the past few years but now I can’t seem to connect. Which means I can’t update or make sure it is working correctly. Tried to get support but in order to do this you have to agree to let your information go out to servers oversees. WTH.

  • Still bugged

    5 years later and there is STILL the same bug meaning every month or so the app needs re-installing to connect to remote sites. It is painfully clear that the devs don’t care about fixing such a fundamental functionally issue, which is frankly shocking seeing as in all other regards Ruckus are industry leaders.

    Came installed in a new home and if I could, I’d give it 0 stars. Most difficult to manage…NO help available by phone to have someone walk you through problems. We will be having this system removed and replaced with a more user friendly one.
  • Nice, but crashes

    Downloaded this app after upgrading my R720 to Unleashed. Thankfully I can manage the device from the laptop as the app crashes on my iPad one I try to enter clients, wlans or AP’s. App works ok on iPhone.
  • Crashes in fetching AP details

    Since last update it always crashes anytime you click on AP details.
  • Lennar Garbage System

    This “SmartHome” system is a joke. Lennar must have purchased a ton of this garbage. For 2 years it has had daily “heartbeat lost” events. Every time there is a power outage(most likely by Lennar construction activity) the ICX7150 switch will not accept power from either my Nighthawk R7000 or R6850 routers. Phone support originally could get it functioning again until this year. I tried upgrading to the Arris SB8200 modem without any change. I have far superior internet service just using my own equipment. Commscope no longer provides phone or email support to Lennar home buyers!
