Progress but still not perfect.
The login issue has been resolved but the inability to see blocked clients and unblock them still lingers after several updates. The locked client shows up in a red box briefly and disappears.Biff Smallwood
Stuff does not work though
Prompts you to enable Touch ID but it does not work.
Tells you there is a later version of the app to install but there is not one and it just dumps you into the App Store.KenB643

Why didn’t I load this sooner?!?
I’ve had Ruckus access points in my house for 3 years and never bothered to upgrade the firmware. Finally broke down and wow, should have done it sooner! The Unleashed firmware is a management timesaver, and the app shows me details of my network I didn’t know before. The UI is clean and works well - no crashes. Good job, Ruckus!Show lessLANMasterMark
App doesn’t work
This app has a major bug. If the admin name is all capitals for the unleashed controller and you enter the correct info in the app you get an error “Login information is incorrect. Please try again.”
This bug has existed for over a year and Ruckus hasn’t fixed it.
Very disappointed. I can’t use the app because I am not changing the login for hundreds of installs.Show lessJJW1976

I don’t know why but the mobile app works in every way except when you want to update firmware of the access points. It says it can’t connect to the access points. But every other feature works! It’s been ongoing since the release of the app and not fixed despite several updates. Super annoying as that’s one of the biggest things I want to use it for!!!Show lessFun2see

Finally - after trying many solutions
I finally moved on from several pro brands of Wi-Fi to Ruckus. I’ve never had more solid consistent performance. Besides that, the Unleashed app was a bonus. I didn’t purchase the Ruckus AP’s for the app but now that I’ve used it, it’s amazing. Simple and clear, and intuitive. Three things every GUI should be.Show lessWalt_Zerbe
