This app hasn’t had an update in over 3 years. I can’t get it to connect to my light I bought at Home Depot. I’m extremely disappointed. Do not buy these lights.Bigryno16
Pure Crap
Do not buy theses lights. They stop working and the reset function is worthless. You will need to spend more money to replace with new lights that work. Save yourself the frustration and aggravation.Hated These Lights
Return the lights ASAP
Works 1% or less of the time. Why CE doesn’t contract someone else to run this app is beyond me. They haven’t updated the app for 3 years. Apparently a 1.6 star review doesn’t matter

Garbage
Purchased this color changing lighting from Home Depot! The app hardly ever works, had to keep deleting & re-booting. Their customer service /technicians swear they have fixed the bugs but within 2 weeks same issues arise. It will be expensive to remove & replace all my recessed lighting but what’s the point of a smart house with STUPID lighting… VERY DISSAPOINTEDMercedes1031
Garbage app with zero support or developer commitment
Terrible app,software, and interface, constantly disconnect and rarely function properly. The menu gives you the option to go to the Q&A tab or the support tab but neither actually work, they just load forever. If i could give zero stars i would. If you want color changing smart lights just spend a bit more for some Phillips hue lights, the small amount you save with these is not worth the constant struggle and the dealing with useless developers that offer zero help or customer support.KeeCalm
Lights are marginally OK, App is a Total Bust
I put one of these 5/6 color changing recessed lamps in my ceiling fan fixture. The app loses connectivity every time the lamp is switched off, requiring a reset to add it again. I’d like to have this app going on multiple devices, but the share profile zip file is password protected and it’s not my password, no telling what it is.
I gave it one star since it won’t let you write a review unless you tap a star.
Do yourself a favor, look at other brands.
The Feit lines of lamps seem to have decent apps that work much more consistently.Soundindc
Lights nice but software is garbage
The lights are nice and nice 12 color option to choice from but randomly they disconnect n you have to do a manual reset and software doesn’t update it keeps on giving error messageGurp99

Horrible app
I bought the Commercial electric down lights and they have been working great with my Wink. Wink has had an outage for the last 7 day (thats another story) so I decided to disconnect the lights from the Wink hub. I downloaded this app to control my lights. I cannot get this app to scan for my lights. When I click the button to scan, nothing happens. Not sure if I’m doing it correctly BECAUSE THERE IS NO HELP INFO. There are 4 Q&A but information is limited. Also, they dont provide any contact info to help me.Toothy2
