Light will not connect
We’ve reset light per instructions. But the app still doesn’t register/find it. Added app to new phone and the app won’t even stay open! Light worked when we first got it but not so much anymore. It’s only been a year.Bonita22
App crashes
I just bought and installed 8 color changes lights. The app crashes every time I try to open it. I was offered a refund but the lights are installed already. They should not be selling these lights if you can’t use them as intended.Kec247

CAN’T CONNECT A SECOND PHONE, development needs multiple improvements
First day today, I bought it so me and my wife can use it. Works only with one device, it flicks on regular light under 50% of dim , works great with under 50% of dim with colors.
I been degrading stars by considering labor, time consuming, quality of product, app, worst of all I need to take it down and return them.GUS CARBONERO !!!!
Needs Further Developing
I installed this app to use with my 13 RGB recessed lights...Doesn’t sync... menu on app is useless. Description mentions enabling family sharing which is non-existent - only works on one phone. Please put more time and thought into developing this app. I would love to be able to operate and enjoy my lights. Please fix this app so I can write a great review.FXCTY
Works as expected. Where’s a timer?
It boggles my mind why this App doesn’t have timer settings. I’ve got watch battery candle lights that can handle a scheduled on/off time each day, yet this system doesn’t? I hope this feedback reaches the developers...it’s a feature you need to have.rfhou
Worthless product and app Zero stars
Worked once and stopped working. Dumbest “smart” product I’ve come across so far. And I only have one light. Who would want a product they have to reset over and over. Returning it tomorrow.HicksFamily253
Can’t connect a second phone
Why is it that only one phone connects? Doesn’t make any sense, to be depending on one phone i might as well get up and turn the lights off ... needs improvement!!lpmqtrmp
Light works great, app needs one major improvement
Light works well, easy to install and all the natural colors and RBG colors look good, it really needs a mode that cycles through the colors though.Chase1998_21
App fixing?
Well my lights are great but when i change to colors there’s always 1 that does not work... I’ve reset it many times.... what can i do?It's just meh_
