Best Interface.
I have bank accounts in Uk & Australia and I must say UBL interface is much better of some of the big international banks, its so easy to use, their daily transfer limit is higher than any bank, i must say they are the best among the world. I request them to introduce card-less payment where user can use app to withdraw money from any UBL atm.Show lessdan2666
Terrible app
Asking no resident Pakistanis to verify biometrics at a branch. What is the point or a digital account then? It is absolute terrible how they ask you to do biometrics by using phone camera and after 5 steps it always fails and asks you to verify at a branch. There is no branch where I am, so I can't use the app? So silly.Show lessGeishasdhsj
World’s crappiest banking app
It takes forever to do the biometrics. Badly designed never recognizes my face or expressions!! Who tells people to look up and right and left and gives instructions on the screen to read while they are doing this?? How do you read the instructions if you see looking to the left or up or to the right! Seriously pathetic app. Easily wasted 1 hour on three separate occasions. Worth changing bank if one has to use this app! Person who designed and approved the app need to be fired!!Show lessnajma2312

Pathetic app, non user friendly, added way to things and nothing works. I am sitting in UBL tower their main office in Islamabad and the app is still not working. Learn something from other banks plz how easy and simple and accessible apps banks had made. Worst app ever
I guess it will be the only bank app that I won’t be using else I still have UK banks apps in my phone but I feel I am wasting my time on downloading and making account on this appShow lessDawar Sam

I have had the worst experience ever with the UBL mobile application and enabling net banking services over the last few days. The final stage of the app registration process requires scanning documents for verification or contacting customer support. Despite using an iPhone 14, which has a high-quality camera, the app rejected the images every time, stating that it could not extract the required information.
I then resorted to contacting customer support. Unfortunately, the representative was unable to resolve the issue and informed me that someone else would handle it. I have been using online banking services from other banks for over 20 years and have never had to contact customer services as many times as I did in this case. Additionally, making and receiving calls on a Pakistani registered number while on international roaming from the UK has been very costly for me.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the UBL bank and their mobile application and the customer service experience.Show lessBlueSky_2010

Update: so this ridiculous app will not let me enter the OTP for some reason!! I type in the first digit of the OTP and then when I want to type in the second digit, it takes me back to the first slot so basically I can’t type anything in any other slot except the first one which is so frustrating. Like how am I supposed to make payments without typing the OTP???
Literally the worst app with zero functionality. I can’t even log in for some reason. There are very few options in the app itself. I would rate it a zero if I could.Show lessDreamylittlestar

Very complicated, difficult to account opening , unprofessional staff, if you faced a problem one time then you will never come out easily , these are not only my opinions but also my friends having accounts in ubl. Don’t open account in ubl.Khojal
