  • Really burned returning customers

    Update: this app is awful. It can’t remember a login? It can’t send the confirmation email quickly? So sad they got bought by big restaurant group. Was so much better when a small business.

    Ive been eating from LA for at least 14 years. You are damaging your reputation. You got rid of the frequent buyer cards. This new app update destroy my order history. Had problems logging in and when I called they refused to take phone orders. Use to respect this company so much. Please don’t follow the root of b.Good. They destroyed their quality in search of profit. Then they died because they lost their customer base. BTW - if you are a new customer to LA the original stores in Lowell and Cambridge are SIGNIFICANTLY better quality, especially the juices.

  • Customization not there

    I am a long time customer. The food quality is excellent which is the only reason there are three stars here rather than one star.
    If you are in a hurry you can order in advance and your food MAY be ready when you arrive. Your order likely will be correct but incorrect often enough that you need to double check and then wait if they need to fix it.
    In the stores you can exchange out an ingredient in a dish for something else. In the app the only way to do this is to ask to skip the first ingredient and then add the new one for an extra charge.
    In the stores there are many more options for add ons than in the app.
    If you order through a food delivery service you have the same problems as the app. The programming is the same. That is why I never order delivery.

    They have added a perks rewards program. However, you only get credit for your order on the rare occasions that you accept the above issues and order through the app.
    FIX THE APP rather than invent anything!

    Skip the line and order online. Highly recommend the strawberry smoothie.

  • BRING BACK APPLE PAY

    Clunky interface. Bad review because I like ordering options have all disappeared except catering. Meh.

    Updated. Stores are back. THEY TOOK AWAY APPLE PAY. Now they have my credit card info. have you seen this clunky app? After seeing how bad they are at software development, I do NOT TRUST their cybersecurity. They should offer Apple Pay so we can trust they won’t end up leaking our info. Get it togetherrrrrrr it’s 2024 come onnnnnnnnnn

  • The app is unusable now

    I’ve been ordering off of Life Alive for well over a year. After the newest update, I can no longer enter my credit card information. It won’t auto fill like other apps do, I can’t copy my card information from my Wallet app, and when I go to type it in the app said it is wrong. Please just accept Apple Pay!

  • What is wrong with this app

    It logged me out and now it’s saying I have to create a new account instead of keeping my history of workplace orders. Why is that- it lost all of my order history. It will not let me setup a new account either
  • Buggy

    Tried to order and picked a time, but by the time I got to checkout the time was deemed too soon. No way to change the time except start over, so you basically have to guess what time they actually want you to put in when you start the order. It’s like they never even tested this app from a user perspective. Don’t bother to download it, it’s basically not functional (even though they constantly promote it).

    The only thing good about the app is that it's superior to the website experience. Still buggy. Wouldn't allow me to save a favorite or submit feedback. Sucky overall.
