  • Great food, good app

    Noticed that nearly all the reviews here are years old. I use this app once a week on average to order pickup. It works perfectly fine, better in fact than many of its kind. Selecting items and customizing are easy and clear - not at all what the 2 star raters said 3 years ago.
  • The app is trash

    I can’t order delivery because it claims I haven’t defined a delivery rule (i.e. call me, leave at door, etc.). I keep adding my address and selecting a delivery rule and when it saves it omits the defined rule. Considering the cost of the food, I would expect a working app. The pick up option works fine but that’s not what I’m trying to do.

  • Save credit card

    I’d like to be able to create an account on the app and add my credit card info. Therefore I don’t have to re-enter my credit card number every time I place an order.
  • Wanna love it, but not the best

    Certain meals you can’t even order off the app. It’s there, but when you try to select it; it keeps giving you an error message. Also my order has been wrong on multiple occasions and discovered it was because the app was telling the kitchen to omit hummus, when I requested no such thing. Also frustrating that you can only add onto some of the dishes; like you can add onto the demi, but not the full. What’s up with that? And maybe allow more ordering of sides.

  • Love the store but the app needs to include new locations

    It’s been months since the opening of the Backbay location but that store is still not in the app. Ironically there’s a sign in the store that says you can order via the app/website.

  • Healthiest Place in Lowell

    I love this place! It has awesome healthy options and the app is great for quick order and pickup! I always recommend this place to everyone and can’t say enough good things.
  • Awful order experience

    Salem location is missing options to add to meals.... Some meals inexplicably require you to check additional options which are not present. UI is generally confusing.
  • Unable to modify main ingredients

    Unable to modify the bulk of the bowls you’re ordering. For example, I tried removing tofu and the sauce in my bowl. Well then it told me I still had to have 9 ingredients. So I though, okay, I’ll double some other ingredients....NO. That’s not an option. You HAVE to select all the main ingredients.

    Able to choose your grain, able to add things like egg or avocado, but unable to subtract items you don’t want.

    Same goes for their website. Needs a lot of work.

    The food itself was great but the app doesn’t do what it needs to do.

    Also, nowhere to type in “special instructions” or “notes” regarding your order. not super pleased as I picked out all the tofu last night.

  • No order confirmation screen (can’t edit or cancel order)

    There was no chance to review my order and make any changes before I placed it. I thought I placed the order for 7pm, but I accidentally had the time set to 7:30pm. After the order was placed I couldn’t edit it or cancel it, even though I noticed the mistake instantly after the order was placed. There was no way to contact the store for help through the app or a place to leave feedback. That’s why I’m resorting to my first ever negative review of an app on the App Store.
