Frustrating
Poor integration
Update: I tried again. The app is somehow worse. The “integration” is the app connecting to a desktop browser inside of an app, which means you can’t see the entire screen and you still have to login twice to get your balance - if it’s even working that day. Seriously nothing was wrong with the old app, but Michigan’s data solutions are all horrendous, so I’m not shocked this still isn’t user friendly.

Hi, The below steps should allow you to access the app without any further issues related to the integration discussed in your original comment. Method 1: 1. Create a new account in MI LOGIN Citizen, even if they already had one. 2. Delete the current version of WIC Connect Mobile App that they have on their phone, and re-download the app so that they have the most updated version. 3. Log in to the new version of WIC Connect Mobile App using the new account information they created for MI LOGIN Citizen. We would love for you to give the WIC Connect Mobile App another chance, and to contact us directly using the "Contact WIC" icon on the app's home screen. Thank you!
