    I think when it all disconnects it’s phone r internet swapping are dropping signals one of the other and if it’s phone swapping towers they need to feed off GPS you’d think with all the technology
  • Stays loading

    I updated it and I can’t even certified days on my GPS. All I get is a please wait and nothing happens. Just keeps trying to upload

    I have nine days and need certification but when I try to certify them and needs to upload some some data that never finishes
  • Complete JUNK

    This app slows down any device you use it on, acts like it’s running windows 98; please wait............. 10 minutes later still waiting......
    Has several issues, before this app I had the actual tablet pro and ran exactly the same if not worse, there “updated” tablet after looking into is running 10 years outdated chips are you freaking kidding me. And like several other comments, good luck on there customer service that’s a joke, 2hours is lucky dealing with them. Back in the day RandMcNally was great, today they are a joke. Going to Try Garmin heard better things from them!

  • Do not use

    This is by far the worst eld you can go with there are known problems with the timers but yet they refuse to fix them and the updates have only made it worse they seam to have no care for the drivers as long as they get there money beware of Randy McNally
  • FIX IT NOW!!!!!

    The app was doing great on my iPhone but out of nowhere it won’t open just shows the rand McNally symbol and closes itself. I need this app to work properly to be compliant.
  • Keeps crashing

    I’ve restarted and re-downloaded it and still crashes
  • Welcome to RandMcNally.

    First off, lower your expectations. There are more bugs in this program than a Florida rental and more glitches than the Matrix. 1) it interrupts your input to update. 2)The sync is not seamless and it ain’t running in no background. 3) After syncing, it needs to reconstruct your logs. That ain’t in the background either, neither is it in any kind of hurry. 4) All whilst this happens, you are in violation, expect that citation for “logs not up to date” and another one for reconstructing old logs. 5) It fails to keep your duty status current, and you cannot force it to take an updated status. 6) It would not let you switch to driving before you depart, it would not switch by itself, so you are in violation the entirety of you driving leg. 7) if you drive it will randomly change your duty status, without you asking it to, to whatever it feels or doesn’t feel is happening. So “personal conveyance” just becomes “on duty”for no particular good reason. Expect some crazy log.

  • “DriverDisConnect” 🤣

    My first and last time to try ELD. This is nothing but a FLASH and CRASH system. It’s distracting, frustrating, unforgiving, dangerous, and JUNK!!! The plug-in unit flashes red, green, and blue while I’m driving...(dangerously distracting). The app debuffers way too often, and it usually takes 10-15 minutes, then it crashes 15 times. The unit WILL NOT stay connected to my phone. No matter how long I drive, it disconnects from my phone and logs me into “on duty” several times while I’m driving, and it doesn’t matter whether it’s running up front or in the background. I go “off duty” for a while, then go to “pc” and it logs me driving. Customer service is not much help, it’s like they have no clue. 🙄
    I’ll be glad when my non-eld truck gets out of the shop. This crap would put me into retirement or the hospital, or both...QUICK!

  • Crashes

    App constantly crashes and loses information from ELD. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. Also it will log a violation when there should not of been one and it will not noticed that there’s going to be a violation. It constantly disconnects from ELD and will not tell you that it has happened.

  • Joke of an ELD app

    So I’m having the same issue with it disconnecting at random times. Even though my Bluetooth is on it will say it’s not and won’t connect. It makes it extremely risky for us drivers who obviously need it or we can get in trouble with DOT. I called their help line and they’re even aware of the issue but it’s been going on for a year now and still they’ve done nothing to fix it. I wouldn’t use it if my company wasn’t the one who was using it for the trucks. It’s worthless tbh and extremely frustrating. Fix the problem!!!!!!!!!!!
